Hamper Distribution Drive

A key part of the 200th Anniversary celebrations has been community outreach and as such, in February 2023, the committee embarked on a hamper distribution drive to serve families in need of assistance. Persons and businesses were asked to donate non-perishable food items with the goal of preparing 200 hampers. Each hamper contains a variety of essential food and household items, such as canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.

To date, 50 hampers have been distributed throughout Trinidad and Tobago via the regional offices: Tobago (12), North West (12), South (12) and North East (14). The Committee is still in the process of putting together the other 150 hampers and you can contribute an entire hamper or items like macaroni (400g), ketchup (200ml), flour (2kg) or bleach (3800ml). Donations can be dropped off at the Cathedral parish office.
