The Sanctuary on the Hill, Toco Retreat Centre Committee warmly invites you to be part of an exciting diocesan fundraiser, “Anglicans with Sweet Hands” – A Culinary Explosion Event.
This special initiative supports the construction of the Conference Centre and Administration Building (Phase 1) at Sanctuary on the Hill, Toco. With your participation and support, we move one step closer to strengthening and expanding this important ministry space.

Bishops Anstey Trinity East College, Trincity
Presentation College, San Fernando
We are preparing to cater for 1,000 persons at each venue, promising an afternoon filled with flavour, fellowship, and friendly competition.
Invitation to All “Sweet Hand” Chefs
Chefs across the Diocese are invited to participate by preparing a meat, fish, or vegetarian dish for 25 persons. Each chef is asked to:
Bring dishes in food warmers, along with serving utensils
Arrive at the venue no later than 1:00 p.m.
Submit the name of their dish by April 30, 2026 (while keeping the actual dish a surprise!)
Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed Chef and Best Dish Presentation, adding an extra touch of excitement to the day.
Parish Participation
Each parish is asked to sell a minimum of 50 tickets. A prize will be awarded to the individual who sells the most tickets. In the event of a tie, a draw will determine the winner.
An Afternoon of Fellowship and Fun
Guests can look forward to great cuisine, entertainment, prizes, and a limited bar — all while supporting a meaningful cause within our Diocese.
We look forward to your participation, your creativity, and of course, your “sweet hands,” as we come together in unity and celebration to build for the future.
