Anglo Credit Union Inaugural General Meeting

The Steering Committee of the Anglo Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited (Anglo Credit Union) is pleased to announce that we have received the long awaited Certificate of Registration, dated 5 September 2024.

As required by Regulation 17 of the Co-operative Societies Regulations, Chapter 81:03, “Every Society shall hold its first General Meeting within one (1) month of receiving its Certificate of Registration and the rights and powers exercisable at the meeting shall be the same as those
exercisable at an Annual General Meeting”.


Notice is hereby given that the Inaugural General Meeting of the Anglo Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited will be held on Saturday, 5 October 2024 at the St. Stephen’s Anglican Church Parish Hall, High Street, Princes Town beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The General Meeting is a members-only event and to be eligible to attend and participate you must first become a Member of Anglo Credit Union.

Once persons fill out the online form, they will get an acknowledgement email advising where to drop off the supporting documents and payment.

It is this email that would contain the contact information for collection of payment.
