As an educator for over twenty-four (24) years, I believe in the development of the individual through education, inclusivity and encouragement. Teamwork is paramount in any institution and one should see new ventures as opportunities for growth rather than challenges. I have always held the mantra of positive reinforcement and encouraging individuals to reach their full potential. I believe that we must continue what we can to develop leadership in all individuals. We must also have a sense of service through our beliefs and be able to adequately manage any opportunity presented to us.
