Breige Tahirah Wilson is currently an actress with the National Theatre Arts Company of Trinidad and Tobago which is one of the national performing arts entities under the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts. She holds a Bfa in Creative Arts from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and she is currently pursuing her Post-Graduate Diploma in Mediation Studies at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus. She is also a two-time scholarship recipient which has allowed her to pursue her studies at York University, Canada and The Federal University of Pernambuco, Receife, Brazil.
She is also a vocalist and a former dancer with the Les Enfants Dance Company and also the Metamorphosis Dance Company. She is a model with the House of Jacqui Modelling Agency and she has won and placed at local and international pageants while representing Trinidad and Tobago.
She enjoys writing children’s books and short-films ( hidden talent/hobby). The love for writing has lead her to direct and produce two short films- The Mirror Effect and Ocean and God’s Magical Armour in 2020. Ocean and God’s Magical Armour made it to the semi-finals of the Engage Art International Contest.
She hopes to perform on more international stages while pursuing her solo career as a performer. She also wishes to do more philanthropic work in the future and develop a stronger relationship with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Shalom.
