🔹 About the Role
The Anglican Education Board of Management (AEBM) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Education Department. The successful candidate will provide clerical, administrative, and database support while ensuring smooth communication with schools, committees, and stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Clerical Support
Arrange meeting logistics (materials, venue, notifications).
Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
Follow up with schools and the Ministry.
Data Collection & Collation
Liaise with schools to ensure timely data submission.
Receive, file, and maintain school reports.
Keep accurate records for efficient tracking.
Office Administrative Support
Manage correspondence for the Education Secretary.
Prepare letters, memoranda, spreadsheets, and reports.
Coordinate monthly meeting schedules.
Ensure smooth meeting arrangements.
Database & Records Management
Maintain AEBM databases and website.
Manage the information management system.
Oversee digitization of records.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English Language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competence in Microsoft Access.
Knowledge of office procedures.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good time management and ability to work independently.
